As a firm growing in skill and scale in a rapidly expanding city, CLM are always on the lookout for the best and brightest staff. Live with balance, Act with Wisdom is a campaign designed to attract talent to the Bay of Plenty by showcasing the professional and lifestyle advantages of living and working in Tauranga. We created punchy campaign visuals to push the boundaries of advertising normally associated with the conservative law profession. As a result of this campaign the positions were filled. CLM has reported feedback of enthusiasm from other local law firms on the campaigns messaging and execution.
